Certain days have huge challenges which can make doing a training session next to impossible. Scoreboards measure only a certain kind of success. But athletes know that there is great effort required to get through a set of repeats while balancing relationships, travel, finances, sponsors, scheduling, education, groceries, recovery, pain, fatigue, emotions... You are not required to make a world record during every session. Choose one thing to focus upon in your training today. Don't worry about being perfect just concentrate on making your very best effort with everything you have available at this moment. Your greatness is made from this effort.
