The internet is full of 30 day challenges. They can be rather funny, hard, sweaty and/or stupid.

So because we are currently stuck in this spot, I challenge you today to go and find something NEW to do everyday at home. Do something you have never done before like planking, burpees, learning to do the splits or just touching your toes… but make it physical.

Keep it simple.

Do it everyday.
