For all those who would normally be doing group trainings and preparing for the next competition, I am sorry that things have changed but we must be safe for everyone’s sake.

It is understandable to feel frustrated and it will be very uncomfortable for those who use their training as a stress release but you must find ways to keep pursuing your goals.

Over the next few weeks, I will post some coaching advice that you can use to help maintain your competitiveness and even improve your mental performance too.

Today’s task is to assess what you have access to. Take an inventory of the equipment you have at home, the space you can use and the schedule available.

What responsibilities do you have during this time? Remote working? School? Family? Relationships?

Do not let this situation take control of your dreams. If you use this time wisely, you will find strengths you never knew existed.
