Take a look around and find something that someone gave to you. It can be from a long time ago or simply your latest birthday.
Now take a picture to send to the person who gave the gift to you. Write a short message (or a long one if you wish) to tell that person what their gift means to you after all this time.
Taking a moment to recognize the kindness shown to you by long time friends should become one of your favourite daily habits.
