Before going to bed tonight, you are challenged to do twenty unique things to physically and mentally help yourself.

Doing 20 pushups counts as one thing by the way!

Examples could be stretching, meditation, laundry, vacuuming, shower, beauty masque, a healthy meal, healthy snack, hugs, breathing exercises…

Twenty might seem like a lot but you will get creative once the first dozen are completed.

Having fun taking care of yourself is the best way to get it done.
