When you ask for something but the person with the power says, “Absolutely NOT”,  you then must make a choice. Either you give up or you use all possible resources to shift that power.

It is not easy.

But… one day, your perseverance will be rewarded. Those who were too scared to help before will become your secret weapons. People who you didn’t even know will come to your aid. And those who had made bad choices in the past will simply have to deal with the consequences in the present.

That first choice made back in time is what leadership is all about. Unless you challenge yourself to make it happen, the others won´t know who to follow.
