Challenging yourself to be truthful is the best beginning to can make today.
Each day going forward, you can make new challenges. It is the easiest way to begin new habits which then evolve into a new lifestyle. Start with one thing then keep moving forward. Explore new ways of thinking about things you already thought you knew. Shift perspective on old issues to figure out the lessons you need to move forward.
Challenge yourself physically, mentally and emotionally. This is true growth.

Know Your Truth –> PROOF –> this is the ONE Challenge
50 Challenges –> there are 50 posts written back in 2020 during lockdowns. Each day had a small task for my clients which we then discussed online. They have been grouped together here and I am modifying them to be more applicable to the world of today.
30 Arrow Challenge –> every month in 2021 was a performance challenge that was adapted to my clients’ situations. This challenge grew globally and allowed archers to post scores at various distances and with different bows. It was a nice way to stay connected. Little challenges like this help when you cannot get to big competitions for any reason.
Project 100 –> making 100 actions towards making a better you –> this is a fun way to push yourself in any chosen direction. Each day you can perform a single task multiple times or 100 tasks once. This is completely flexible and open to everyone.
