World-wide, the majority of athletes do not have a regular coach. This is due to finances, geography, qualifications and gate-keepers. But this should never be an excuse to stop you from getting what you want.
Which kind of coaching do you need? Some people thrive in solo training sessions while others need a group setting for additional motivation. Your sport might need special club access at certain hours, while other athletes have the possibility of 24/7 facilities. No matter what roadblocks exists, start by identifying what you need, then go from there.
- SELF-COACHING –> You can learn what works best for you and become very self-sufficient. There is no shame in not having a coach when you take on the responsibility of coaching yourself. Start with the LIBRARY and see where it takes you.
